Pizza holds a very special place in my heart, it is something that I can eat anywhere, anytime. I don’t have to be craving pizza in order for me to enjoy it. There is absolutely no wrong time for pizza! At Project Pie, you are given the option to either choose from their menu or you could opt to customize your pizza for only P285. That price is quite reasonable since they allow you to put as much toppings on your customized pizza as you like. (read: unlimited toppings) For a pizza with unlimited toppings of your choice, that’s a really good deal!
The first time I ever heard about customizing a pizza was on Seinfeld when Kramer talked about how he wanted to open a pizza place where you make your own pizza pie and being a huge fan of the show, I was very excited when I found out about Project Pie! An added bonus to this concept is the fact that they offer thin crust pizza – they have crust so thin it’s almost crunchy. In my opinion, it’s much easier to enjoy a thin crust pizza because you can really taste all the toppings as opposed to a thick crust pizza where you mostly taste the bready crust.

“It’s a pizza place where you make your own pie! We give you the dough, the sauce, the cheese…you pound it, slap it, you flip it up into the air…you put your toppings on and you slide it into the oven!
Sounds good, huh?” – Cosmo Kramer (Seinfeld)
Project Pie executed DIY pizza in a simpler way, you choose the sauce and the toppings and they do the rest for you!

They also offer dessert pizzas! This is a concept I really love but then I’m always too full to get dessert after I’m done with my personal pizza. The dessert pizzas they have are either a combination of Nutella + Strawberry + Mango or a combination of Nutella + Banana. I have tried the latter once before and it honestly blew. my. mind. I’m not sure why other pizza places didn’t think of doing this before but I guess it’s a bonus point for Project Pie! Besides the fact that you can personalize your pizza, this is yet another thing that gives them an edge over other pizza places in the country.
This is definitely a place worth taking your whole family to!

Pro Tip: Ask them not to leave your pizza in the oven for too long otherwise the bottom part gets burnt really quick, making your entire pizza taste bitter.
